According to requirements for defferent production processes and high and low temperature environment changes, we select aging resistant and nontoxic epoxy adhesives and modified urethane adhesives. They are widely used in household water filtration and industrial MBR/CMF/UF/RO film. It is suitable for the potting and bonding of medium altitude/tubular/slab/curling/folding filter membrane elements. It releases heat slowly, do not burn cores or damage membranes and has excellent permeability and levelling property. It is easy to use and can ensure maximum effective flux of the film. It remains flexible after curing with low shrinkage and no distinct bubbles. It has strong adhesion to ABS plastics, and are resistant to acid/alkali with no precipitation and capillary phenomenon after soaking.

Due to such advantages as high filling density of hollow fiber ultrafiltration films, large effective film area, high pure water flux, simple operation and easy cleaning, and considering the factors such as easy cleaning in the external pressure working mode, high flux stability, and high reliability against film fibre burst, the water purification industry tends to use external pressure hollow fiber ultrafiltration film working mode.
