Selection principles of cleaners
(1) Fast cleaning and degreasing speed.
(2) Damage to cleaning objects should be within the limits of production permission, cleaner should have corresponding restraint measures against metal corrosion, to guarantee minimal metal corrosion.
(3) Low comprehensive cleaning cost, minimal corrosion to equipment, no need neutralization of waste liquid, no excessive resource consumption.
(4) Cleaners should be non-toxic or low toxic to organisms and the environment, with no chlorine or phosphorus. The waste gas, waste liquid and residue should not cause pollution and be able to be processed to meet the requirements of the relevant national laws and regulations.
(5) During the cleaning process, insoluble matter should not be left on the surface of the cleaning object, new stains should not be produced, and there should not be a new cover harmful to the subsequent process or to the quality of the product.
(6)No bubbles or odors that affect the cleaning process or hygiene of the scene are generated.

Selection principles of antirust products
(1) According to the types of metal, different antirust oils have different antirust effects on different metals, and some have good antirust effect on ferrous metals, but are less effective on copper. All these are specified in the product description.
(2) The choice of rust preventives varies according to the structure and size of the metal product. The solvent dilution type or grease type are selected for simple structure and large surface area and the oil type would be better choice for complex stucture with holes or cavities considering the removability of the rust-preventive film when the product is unsealed.
(3) Select the right kind of antirust processing according to the environment and application of the metal product. Distinguish it is a short-term process rust prevention or a long-term rust prevention with short-term lubrication, or rust prevention for long-term storage in humid environments, or good salt spray resistance when products are stored in coastal warehouses or transported by ship for a certain period of time.
